Apparently there is a bill that has passed both houses already(though it will have to pass again once the 115th congress starts) that could be ready immediately for trump to sign that would allow churches to donate openly to political campaigns again and apparently trump has made mention that he would sign such a bill. So, there's that.

This is false. Congress hasn't been in session since the article listed below. Not only that but this article makes it seem as if it's not something Congress can do, it's tax code.

In the middle of a podcast about this right now from the Center for Inquiry. They are saying that it all has to do with repealing the Johnson Amendment to the portion of the tax code that relates to non-profits.

Folks on TV reported that HRC had written both victory and concession speeches because of a fear of jinx. But, I actually think he hadn't, so maybe she should have? Tough to say.
