Dipshit just haulted $3T in energy infrastructure.

All this spending being stopped is going to eff a lot of ppl.  Projects will stop or not move forward.  This is going to cost a lot of jobs.

I'm not a learned man but how does the executive branch stop spending on projects that Congress has appropriated?

Halting that infrastructure stuff would be rough ridin' stupid. This might be another one of those things where we’re supposed to take him figuratively and not literally or at least threaten the tariff and then watch the Colombian president offer up his own personal plane in response??

The president can do whatever he wants so long as congress won't impeach and remove him.

Goes into effect at 5 pm today. Funding will be restored to anything that isn't woke in about a week. So all solar and wind projects will be crap out of luck. Maybe environmental projects.

The answer is he can't stop the build back better he can just saber rattle with a temporary review.

I would assume that Congress approves the money and the appropriate governmental departments(those that Trump is in charge of now) then pick up the projects, bid them, choose winners, and fund them.  I am an idiot, but I would assume the plan is to just sit on the money and not use it, or to make noise and move on.

The stop order on all federal funding, believe it or not, is not going great for higher education.

Also, worth noting that Kansas is experiencing a TB outbreak in Wyandotte. The CDC is currently prohibited from communicating anything so you'll have to catch that one on the local news. No worries, I'm sure RFK Jr. will be all over it.

I'm sure the "news" is going to report on this in a fair and balanced way.

There was tens of millions of dollars set to head out the door for complete bullshit.

Why does #blueanon  :bawl: :bawl: :bawl: continuously about the plight of American's but apparently doesn't have a single problem with tens of millions going out the door to buy Gazan's condoms (one of dozens of examples)?

Here's a newsflash . . . we're rough ridin' broke dudes, flat ass mother rough ridin' broke.  The US owes its creditors $36 Trillion dollars. We're on a path to paying $2 trillion just in interest alone this FFY.

NVDA- Bought the dip- BTW

$50 million . . . just for condoms . . . that Hamas then uses to help make bombs.  That's just one example, there's literally hundereds of others.

That's problem, giant crap for brains just look at one thing, and then think nickels and dimes . . . when it's a giant pile of nickles and dimes.

It’s the perfect way to make everybody think you’re actually really doing something

I think DAX would agree with me that the real money to be made is in the cost savings in the defense sector. As compared with the savings there this most recent move on the federal funding is truly chump change.

Let's see, what is/was more real:

2,000lb GPS guided bombs supplied by the United States, raining down from airplanes built in the United States . . .as documented in picture, video and words

Or

Another insane #blueanon conspiracy theory
