Yeah because he's been on Trump's nuts for quite a while. It's also a world of difference between pardoning someone for carrying a gun on their own PJ and pardoning someone in prison with a 28 year manslaughter charge for intentionally running down two dudes in a fast food parking lot. Also Suge hasn't been on Trump's nuts, which is vital for getting anywhere with that piece of crap.
