No, you fail to understand that the person asking the question was implying that Trump was responsible for the virus.

Just like you parrot boys keep saying he called it a hoax, when he was talking about the media saying he wasn't treating it seriously. Of course a large contingent of the same media at that time was telling us that there would be no pandemic and that we shouldn't at all be worried about traveling to China.
