Dang seems like they could actually be in trouble

Yeah, Dominion has dunked all over maga across the country.  I am not sure that their "only a complete moron takes anything we say seriously" defense will work this time.

Seems like they have the malice component locked down for the damages.

Incredible ball-tazing by the MAGA-in-name-only grifter crowd at Fox News. They don't actually believe any of this crap, but continue to pump it into boomer living rooms night after night. I hope Dominion burns them to the ground. Sow the wind, reap the whirlwind if you will.

meh, they'll settle eventually for much less than they're asking for probably.  But even if Dominion pursued the case and won the full $1.6 billion they're asking for that's still pocket change to Murdoch/NewsCorp.  It's doubtful anything changes other than Fox News will have a bigger persecution complex than they already do now.

The specific anchors involved should be hit with a permanent injunction requiring them to read, and not deviate, from a 15 second script in the middle of their shows about how the opinions expressed are presented for entertainment purposes only and are not meant to represent fact-based news reporting. Every night.

But tucker and hannity have both admitted the election steal was fake and only used to lure in the rubes/fatties.

I think there are a LOT of people who watch it who are not stupid at all. Many who watch are quite smart. However, I think that many are highly intolerant and bigoted. A fair amount are likely narcissists, sociopaths, or both. I mean, if you were a narcissistic sociopath which news station would you watch?

I think there are a LOT of people who watch it who are not stupid at all. Many who watch are quite smart. However, I think that many are highly intolerant and bigoted. I don’t know, I think the fact they openly lied to their viewers and how their viewers practically don’t care says they’re fine being stupid, fed lies, and want to live in a safe space where inconvenient facts hurt their precious fragile feelings.
