Next season, as it stands now, might not carry the show as well. No more Jimmi, no more Anthony, Jeffery's character being some conflicted soul sounds super boring. If Ed Harris is in next season (im sure he will be, by the grazing wound he took) hes not very interesting as a sympathetic character (ie - i want to help you be free!)

My hope would be that theres a great deal more twists, maybe Bernard and William start out helping the sentient robots but decide they have only the most cruel aspects of humanity in them (from Ford) and aren't worth it. so they have to save the remaining humans and try to get Maeve, Delores, Bernard, and some ensemble of remaining humans out before everything collapses. Throw in a twist were Ford isn't really dead or some kind of robot clone commander and it could be pretty elite.

How are all these bots going to survive in the outside world? Don't they have to plug in to recharge or some crap? Kind of flies in the face of "hey i'm a real person".

They don't show any recharging. Maybe they are powered off of banging and getting shot? If so, they should be fine.

Dub, there's obviously a crap ton of different levels you can go to, from all different stages of past life at that place. I'm hoping they dig into this in the second season.

Hey all! Westworld Season 2 titled "The Gate" will be starting April 22nd. Needless to say I'm super excited. In season two it is rumored that the hosts will be crossing over into the real world and trying to cause an uprising in one of the other 5 parks. Westworld is just one of 6. As mentioned earlier in the thread, the show ended in such a tail spin that they have no idea what is going on. I think there will be both a Narrative in the park and one with the hosts outside of it. Reddit says Shogun world is going to be the next park featured. But there is said to be parks set during WW2 and old Rome.

Needless to say I am very excited and can't wait honestly. I'm planning on starting a re-watch this Wednesday so if you all should try and re-watch Season 1 "The Maze" bring your finds here. The creator said that the internet has only found about half of the clues about upcoming seasons in season 1 so it should be a good re-watch.

How many timelines do we think we are looking at? I’m not 100% certain that we aren’t seeing 2 different events...like the robots had an uprising a long time ago and also right now.

I thought it was pretty fun. I love the unknown. I thought it tied itself together pretty well last season. I think they want you to be lost on the first 5 episodes of each season.

it's a great show but will probably end up like lost did, where the journey was a million times more interesting than the destination.
