Didn't the "blood sacrifice" line sort of indicate that the corporate lady is a host?

No, she had a host tied up on the bed.

I finally watched this episode last night.  "What door."  My God, what an absolute  :sdeek: :runaway: moment.

The "blood sacrifice" line shows how Ford is using hosts (guy on bed, not hot corporate lady I think) to spy on his employees.  Dude knows everything that's going on in his park.  When he decides it's time for you to go, you're gone and the next thing you know you're down in a deserted room somewhere watching as a host replacement of you is being made   :ohno:

So the host in Ford's secret lab is not Theresa. Maybe Elsie?

Also, I guess Maeve programmed herself to be a Host Whisperer.

That security guy better watch out. He is next in line to be killed as soon as he figures out about Bernard.

Looking like this show may be 3+ timelines all mixed up. Bernard appears to be an exact copy of Arnold, so some of what we're seeing is actually Arnold working with Delores, and the rest is Bernard. Looks
Like William really is the MIB.... so ok I guess. Delores meanwhile is all over the friggin map. It's all very clever in a way, but it's also getting pretty tiresome.

The problem, for me, is that when there are essentially no firm rules to this show (in this world pretty much anything is technologically possible - including making exact copies of people - and any given scene can be realtime or flashback), the writers can do whatever the eff they want. And if the writers can go any direction they please, it's not that fun to try to solve the puzzle. It more like "ok what crazy crap that doesn't make much sense will we get this week?"

i think its fun!

So, in the scene literally over Theresa's dead body, i loved that Ford literally began establishing motive right after shrugging off T's death as an accident.  "How sad, but you know she was a traitor so good riddance, right guys???"   Pretty sure they still frown on murder in the future, for as cavalier as Ford is with the incident.  He's so drunk with power!

So why was Doroles wearing the same pants outfit that she was wearing with William when MIB showed up? That whole thing happened several times over a 30 year span?

Because Delores can do and be whatever the eff the writers want in this show at any given time. And if she's not actually doing it, she can just be dreaming it or flashing back to it or whatever. Basically any time Delores shows up, it's like Alice in Wonderland (which you'll notice the writers have a certain fondness for).

I really enjoyed the use of the photograph of Billy's fiancee.

But then she had those pants stashed for 30+ years and put them on in the present?

Dolores went off of her loop with William in order to get those clothes. So she must have gone off her loop again in the present to get to Pariah to get those clothes again.

That's exactly what I said. She's retracing her trip with William. That's why sometimes she's alone and sometimes she's with him.

Unclear at this time, but likely she's done this more than once

Ooohhhhhh.....
I thought you meant she was retracing in her mind. But you mean that she is actually physically going to all the places again. You really have to be clear about it.

If William IS the MiB, then why did the MiB say (in episode 8) that he first realized a host could be sentient when he killed Maeve?

why is that a hang up?

Because William obviously believes that Dolores is sentient. So Maeve wouldn't have been the first time he realized it.

Good point. Add it to the list of things that don't make sense about this show if you if you dig too deep. It's kind of like how Ford is always warning Bernard "don't go too deep, or none of this crap is going to make any sense."
