Would recommend imo

What did it need to get that last 0.5?

I do flour/egg/flour. One of my buddies mentioned putting it in the fridge for 30 minutes after breading and prior to frying.

i use glue to keep the breading stuck onto the meat, give it a shot, report back, and bon appetit!
