Does field/stadium naming just go to the highest bidder or do they care at all about the actual name? "KABAM" field is the second worst name I've seen next to "YUM! Center"

it's a miracle cal is in this game with the way texas can run for like 10-15 yards any time they care to.

football really is a ridiculous game. i give it 15 years, max. maybe not to disappear completely, but to be relegated to the sideline of barbaric sports played by dumbasses and psychopaths. like boxing and ufc.

For the amount of income it generates now, this would greatly surprise me. I'd give it a much longer horizon.

i think it will rot from the ground up. amateur athletes will stop playing it for free, high schools will stop fielding teams when the courts decide they can be liable for sponsoring an activity known to be dangerous. etc. you'll still have pros willing and able to destroy their bodies for pay, but it will wither.
