Play as long as the game is good and you aren't too drunk/tired to play good. 4 hours with a break halfway in is usually a pretty good rule of thumb.

Having some stupid customer appreciation fish fry in the parking lot so I didn't get to eat an enjoyable lunch and was assaulted with small talk from people I've only had business specific e-mail correspondence with. This thing is from like 11-3, I lasted 30 minutes before I decided I'd rather be working. Not a great friday so far, dobber.
