The Supreme Court ruled today that Florida's death penalty is unconstitutional. ? . I am too simple I guess. The state sets rules, and they should have the right to bump off killers as they so choose.

it definitely isn't unusual. It's likely the most common punishment for murder worldwide throughout history. Definitely not unusual

By that logic torture isn't unusual either. We're the only developed nation that still uses the death penalty. That makes it unusual.

agree with this. maybe keep it on the books if you can prove an absolute case and have confession or something.
