Cut the saturated and trans fats, but monounsaturated fats aren't terrible.
Eat lots of fish, egg whites, veggies and drink water. If you're serious, cut out alcohol and white bread completely. Only eat wheat bread. And sun chips are Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!).
