ADVERSE REACTION DETECTED!  FLEE THE COUNTRY NOW!

Sorry bro. I drink 3-4 diet sodas per week.  Aspartame does not/will not phase me.

open or closed casket? are we all invited?

also, horrible, horrible news. i was down 1.5 lbs yesterday but today it is just 1.1. i gained .4 pounds. at this rate, i'll be right back to original weight by saturday.  :runaway:
Closed since the Aspartame will likely melt my face off.

Weight fluctuates throughout the day, depending on when you've taken a crap and whatnot.  I suggest going on a strict 1500 calorie diet.  You don't even need to exercise if you eat that much.  The weight will come off quick.
longevity vs. quick fix.

have started drinking sparkling water/agua con gas. It tricks my mouth into thinking it's soda. Plus, it's really, really good if you sprinkle in a few teaspoons of sweet, sweet aspartame.

my sodium-lite diet has been a blessing in sheep's clothing sent from God to clams in a mysterious brown envelope with weird writing on the outside of it.  if anyone wants to discuss offline, i'm available m-f 8-5 and work in the south overland park area.  we can definitely hook up and discuss driving the sodium out of your life.  just like i drove it out of mine.

sodium---->  :flush:

i also am on a sugar-lite diet that has proven miraculous results!!
How much % of RDA of sodium do you get, you think?
approx 1/3 of RDA

I am wearing the same shorts I wore my 1st day of college.  Back then they were way too big, couldn't keep them on without a belt.  Now they barely fit :frown:

Good tip, keeps you hydrated and your poop soft.  I get about 100 oz a day.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

Because the stairs can be exhausting if you are up really, really high.

I lost about 45 pounds in about 7 months on weight watchers like 3 years ago. Went from 245 to about 200.  Now am about 210 and have been for a year. .  have gained about 10 back but I also started lifting weights which is where I think that came from.

Just figure you're daily minimum and make sure that you hit that.  It will melt off.  Count calories.  It's a pain in the ass for the first month and a half but journal it all down.  After a month you just "know" how much stuff is and you don't have to do it any more.

daris healthy tip #3- if you find yourself having to park in a parking lot....instead of circling for the closest space, why not just immediately go to the furthest space and walk from there? get exercise, save gas money and good for the environment too.

+2 I HATE circling. WE COULD ALREADY BE IN THE GROCERY STORE IF WE WOULD HAVE PARKED 5 MINUTES AGO  :runaway:

Generally I worked out the night before so legs are pretty sore. I work on floor 9 so it can be trying but do-able.

must be a great marriage, dumbass.

sbg:  hey honey, let's park back here, further away in the lot.  i don't have to circle and we can spend three to five minutes walking into the store while holding hands, losing weight, and discussing our feelings for each other.

wife:  no thx, don't want to do any of those things, tia.

sbg:   wtf did i get married.

i have a buddy who is a major scientist/researcher in the research triangle working for an unnamed company.  said buddy (who will go unnamed), told me that he has seen aspartame do things to people that they only  thought happened in people's nightmares and that it could be known as the 'Death Sweetener' by the year 2011.  that is exactly how he described it to me, no more, no less.  take it for what it's worth but i can tell you this much and i believe it to be true- this stuff is dangerous and not to be toyed with.  take it for what it's worth.
