If Bill is going to delegate a bunch as HC, I would rather he give up complete control to DC(with a diff DC, that is) and Special Teams Coord and just be our OC, with no other OC. I could be fine with that.

currie should just promote bill into a non-coaching role. give him a small bump in salary and a really long title and a new office in vanier somewhere. he should do this during a hurriedly scheduled press conference with no advance notice given to bill.

Yes. Keep "Head Coach.." in front of the rest of the obscure title and keep him in his same office. It would probably work in confusing him and most of our fans to the point where we could move forward with someone else. I mean, if we could hire someone with a first name that starts with I and a last name that starts with W, it could work forever I bet.

He's already got this in his contract. Quarter million per year as long as he wants to be there.

How about this:

2016: Snyder Head Coach, BV HCIW and DC (Hayes gone).

2017: BV Head Coach, Snyder Offensive Coordinator--Schemer, Dimel (or somebody) Offensive Coordinator--Playcaller.

Snyder can still gameplan/scheme with the best of them. He is perhaps not the best at making quick decisions. So, Snyder stays on to do nothing but gameplan/scheme on the offensive side. Somebody else can call/pick the plays that Snyder has produced (with Snyder up in the box analyzing during the game, of course).

I remember seeing Andy Ludwig in some leather jacket at some bar doing a recruiting breakdown on signing day. I thought, "Man, he looks like he doesn't like it here." He was very "meh" about everything.

Like, a week later, he was gone.
