Snyder can still gameplan/scheme with the best of them. He is perhaps not the best at making quick decisions. So, Snyder stays on to do nothing but gameplan/scheme on the offensive side. Somebody else can call/pick the plays that Snyder has produced (with Snyder up in the box analyzing during the game, of course).

Pretty much anyone replacing Hayes would be great news to me. If we had a D last year and a halfway decent QB, this site would not be nearly as BID as it is now.

Bills one of the most predictable people on the planet. Unless there's a former cat out there coaching (Andre, Smith type), or a GA he wants to promote (Collin to DBs seems unlikely) there is no evidence to show he won't do exactly what he's done the past 20 years.
