Snyder believes that as long as he’s making an impact in the lives of his players and staff, and the team is responding to his leadership, he wants to continue coaching.
As long as he is making mediocrity out of staff and players no one else would have on their team, bill is staying. eff
To be fair, this year was always going to be a rebuilding year, we've suffered massive injuries, and, despite this, were close to nabbing a few big time wins. And we still may go to a bowl game. Two of the losses were very ugly (OU/TT), but at this point, I don't think we've lost a game where I've felt like we really should have won it. Maybe Texas?
I think Snyder staying (assuming he does), especially given this year's ridiculous carousel, is absolutely a good thing.
