Post your thoughts here. I think we have a chance to win. Just a chance.

A small chance. But I bet we lose by at least two touchdowns.

I have no reason to think we can't hang with them, but doesn't Stoops have a ridiculous record after a loss (or even RRR games)? Would be a very good sign if our guys come out and get a W in this one.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

I can see this scenario, and so can the good folks in Las Vegas... OU is a 5.5 pt favorite.

How far ahead do we need to be and with how much time remaining before you feel like we are going to win? For me it's 9 points and :06. No way do we blow that lead under any circumstance.

I have 0 faith that our coaching staff will put the players in a position to succeed and win against OU.

The challenge is, we don't have the speed and the athletes that Texas has . . . our only hope is to scheme the hell out of OU and get Mikey and their defense all confused.

Oh no, initially they'll do a great job and then start over thinking everything as usual.

I'll be honest, we've been a lot more competitive this year, than I expected. Not that that's a moral victory or anything, I've just been impressed.

Me too Wacky.  Makes the losses that much harder though.

Bill's last great scheme, he already told Bobby, "listen Bobby, i don't have much time, i want you to succeed me in this limestone purple palace.  throw this game to me, they will can you, and you can start coaching up here by Monday, bring any assistant you want except your brother, Sean will run the special teams of course, and please keep Andre.  Get Venzy back to run the defense, and none of this co-coordinator bs.  one last thing Bobby, i love you."

srs question, would you accept Mike as DC to get Bob as HC?  I would make that deal

OU punches the ball in from the 1 yard line, 2 seconds left in the game. OU kicks a squibb on-side kick and recovers at the Cats 35. Time expires, but Cats get flagged for face masking the OU player. Game winning FG on the untimed down.

I mean, it's possible.

No way does our HCIW let that happen on his watch.

say at the end of the year OU is 8-4, and the AD comes to Bobby and tells him that Mike needs to go.  Does Bobby fire his brother, or is he so disrespected after 16 great years there that he tells the AD, "I built this place, now i'm gonna tear it all down" and heads to Manhattan?

The OU AD Joe Castiglone is the guy that hired Bob and they are tight.  Castiglone is 68 years old and i imagine he would retire before firing Bob and obviously last years house cleaning didn't include Mike.  The one way change happens at the end of this season is if the big boosters think Fuente is the guy and they have to make a move before he takes another elite job (USC  :sdeek:).

Fuente didn't play for Stoops and has not served on his staff so the forcing out of Bob might not bother him much.
