Have you guys heard about the stand-alone "episode" that they are supposed to have? It is going to be available in little pieces online and also during commercial breaks on TWD....There are going to be no TWD or FTWD characters on it, but one person will survive and then they will be on FTWD next season.

that's a really cool concept, I kind of wish they would have showed more back stories of how people got to where they were before hey met up with the main group. I would assume most had some pretty interesting 'how they got there' stories

maddy is gonna be a stud at killing walkers, she has the itch and gets it already I think. Travis is a pretty giant pussy and I know he is a pretty big character but I could see him getting killed.

Christopher needs someone to punch his face repeatedly, and nick is gonna die. Dan has been through this drill before in El Salvador and was built for this world

DVR'd this episode. Glad I did. The Royals and Cueto left me no alternative but to turn the TV off, go to my deck, and drink heavily.

Another good episode.  TBT I agree with your statements.  Right now it seems like the military is trying to get it under control.  Will be interesting to see how the military starts to fall apart (assuming it does).  Killing a walker in Special Forces gear would be very difficult.  Only 3 episodes left!

I get the feeling that the military might start collecting resources and then abandon a lot of the survivors. If Travis doesn't get his crap together he is going to be really annoying. I felt pretty proud of myself that when he kept Maddy from killing Susan I said "Weeeeak" and then so did Dan.

Before the end of the season Barbershop guy is going to have to save Travis and will get eaten in the process.

Nick and Maddie are probably going to be the Rick and Carl of this show.  Nick will wind up getting others killed looking for oxy though

Agreed, another good episode. One thing I am curious about, and I really hope they show it as opposed to mentioning in passing, is how zombies are able to defeat a modern army. Remember in TWD when they got to the CDC there was a whole bunch of tanks and various military equipment that had been overrun. I suspect it's from sheer numbers of zombies and running out of fuel and ammo but it's still something I would like to see. They could do a whole episode on that.

Started good with showing trav running.  I mean, it's 9 days into an eventual apocalypse and he is out for his morning jog.

Ended great with trav not believing the kid, seeing the signal, then guns lighting that house up.

They are def taking their time with this show in setting up what has potential to be something awesome.

Also, are the sick being treated or killed?   :runaway:

The show is getting better, but has the ability to fall into the same trap as TWD. I need them to stick to the civilized side of the apocalypse because we've already seen the other side.
