Travis looks like a Jeff. I wish his name was Jeff.

Episode from last night was better than the first, but still not completely drawing me in yet. I'll keep watching though because Sunday night TV blows right now.

when you have a choice between an official thread and an unofficial underground thread, there is really only one choice

i stand firmly by my travis/jeff analysis. in fact, the more i see him and get to know him, the more jeff he becomes.

Mrs. Yardie and I missed the first episode last week so we watched the replay followed by the new episode last night. That must have done the trick because we like it a lot. We understand there is going to be a lot of setup involved for the characters and we were fine with that.

If one of these characters makes an appearance on the other show I want it to be Tobias. That guy knew what was up from the start.

I guess what I am fundamentally confused by is how after the first three or four episodes does this not essentially become the Walking Dead?

I like the show, but really thought the pre-Apocalyptic story line would be carried out a bit further.

Welp, it didn't take long for stupid survival decisions to be made like on regular TWD. They took the time and effort to gather a cart full of food but left it behind after they bludgeoned Principal Obama to death.

But it doesn't matter because I am still going to watch the crap out of this show.

I think it will be different because of how many non walkers there still are. You'll get to see a lot more people who aren't cut out for this new world get munched on by much less deteriorated baddies.

What if I told you I added a jar of honey roasted peanuts to my snack drawer when I got to work this morning?  My survival situation is much better today than when I left work on Friday.

Did you see how long it took her to bash Principal Obama's head in?  Everyone that turns is still very much intact.  Also everyone is ignorant on how to properly kill them.

And when Tobias tried to stab him in the head with his little knife the knife just broke. That was an   moment for me.

As soon as she dropped him off all I could think was that he was too fat/unathletic looking and would definitely end up as a walker snack in the near future.

that fat is a doomsday prep. i was hoping his internet street smarts would set him apart, but his dumb knife illustrated the opposite
