For some reason I wasn't all that impressed. One thing I was disappointed with was the music. Regardless of my feelings right now, I will watch all episodes.

I thought Kim Dickens was pretty good in SOA. I think she's better in Fear the Walking Dead, at least so far. Also looks like she has a more prominent role in FTHWD and won't get killed off as soon as she did in SOA.

I liked it. It seemed to setup a fun situation, which is the story of how things STARTED to get out of control with the zombie apocalypse. Given where the other series is at, this is a welcomed change of pace for me.

After watching the premier and then starting a late night texting session with TBT, I still think that the show is a little meh right now. I'll give it a couple more episodes at least, but I wasn't shocked and awed from this premier.

I mean, the premier is supposed to absolutely hook you right? I may be missing something...

They may not get to the timeline of when Rick woke up in TWD for a couple seasons or more. It's really the producer's call, and I love that.

This story is infinitely more interesting than Walking Dead. I will watch. I will also work on blurting out things like "This show is so much better than Walking Dead" because it annoys my wife and I love and respect her and blurting things out is not more important to me than my wife.

I enjoyed it. It was nice that they got so many famous actors! Like early 90s Johnny Depp, and Mr. Bergstrom from the Simpson's episode "Lisa's Substitue"

Obviously we're not sure who the main group of characters will be outside of the family in the first episode, but do you think they will kill off main characters as much as they do in TWD?
