Hot dogs are fine for cat fishing at night but you are going to be to busy making out with your wife to go cat fishing.

Funny you say that I just saw a guy was trying to do this. His app is called Anchor and he said he was launching on memorial day but seems he got delayed...probably coast guard or something got wind of it.
