Grandpa got a handy from a stingray
Wading in the lake 4th of July
You can say there's no freshwater stingrays
But as for me and grandpa, we believe

Damn, guess we'll just sit around and play cards cause it's not like there's anything else to do at the lake besides cruise around creating wakes.
this is all your fault  :don'tcare:

It can be figured out. They're nifty creatures. Managed to kill a man who wrastled crocs.

I just imagined a man getting a HJ from a stingray and at the end screaming "Crikey".

Table Rock was great once again during the 4th.  Sorry that all you Lake of the Ozarks people had paddle your ass from point A to B.

Lakes are great. Folks summer at a small one near Marceline MO. Great quiet lake with all the space you need to ski etc. lakes are great because quick weekend getaway. Sit on the dock or float in the water drinking beer all day and cruise the boat around. Never met anyone IRL that didn't have a good time at the lake.  Hate the inconvenience of houses being so far away from the water and most ppl sharing docks at table rock. Plus the drive is too far. Hate the huge boats, dirty water, and traffic at ozarks that is always making the weekend stressful. Make it to our lake 5-8 times a summer. The other two once a year with groups of ppl.

Leaving for the 'Zarks in 8 hours.  Regrettably there's not going to be any free time to play poker in between all the fishing, jet skiing and boozing.   :Woot:

I'd love to see your catch. I can't imagine what one fishes out of that lake... I mean, I can imagine, but it's not good.

Why can't you imagine?  They're just normal midwesterny fish.

Man, I use to be able to find really good deals for cabins at the lake back in the day. These days, it's an easy $400 for two nights on the weekend and that's a cheap cabin off the water.  :frown: We really need to get out of town this weekend for our anniversary. She has zero PTO until August, so I have to try and make this work.  :frown:

Any pro lake tips?
