Pizza Shoppe is great. My first job out of college was managing the factory that made their pizza sauce, ranch, BBQ, and Balsamic. Unfortunately another company in town has their pink sauce contract. 480 gallons of pizza sauce every Wednesday. The truck driver was chill and brought us pizzas all the time. The owner of the franchise is legit 85 years old and would forget what day it was and call up wondering when he could pick up
. The sauce is basically watered down canned pizza sauce but with a ton of extra spices (including A LOT of fennel seed). The ranch was a very good recipe with lots of buttermilk (from Belfonte, support local businesses etc.), Hidden Valley spice, and a Parmesan/Romano cheese mix. I was never a big ranch midwesterner, but that one was good.
