I like making off the wall pizzas. Sometimes they don't work out, sometimes they do. This one has blackened chicken, boudin sausage, smashed red beans (with cajun seasoning and butter), hatch and yellow peppers, okra, tomatoes, asiago cheese, and cajun aioli. It was pretty good. It tasted like jambalaya but on pizza crust
