I'd argue that a good crust is the most important ingredient.

I had Godfather's for lunch today.  First time I have had Godfathers since probably 1997.

How was it?  I've never had it.

It's maybe middle of the road, at best.

that dump in Topeka a couple of years back at first proclaimed he was going to use NYC water for his dough, but that didn't last long (nor did he).

this is a very good sauce recipe.   I use canned San Marzanos and omit the sugar.

fresh mozzarella is too wet for deep dish IMHO.  I use fresh mozzarella on grilled pizza tho
