Last night was the best night of sleep since getting the new mattress. I used a thinner pillow from the guest bed...and also Gooch was gone.

all those super old tv characters that slept in separate beds were kinda on to something.

Well you need to be in separate rooms for it to really work.

Mrs 8 decided it was time for a King after 30 years on a Queen today.  Buying a mattress is worse than buying a car.

somebody try a casper.com mattress. they are advertising their balls off. trying to be the warby parker of mattresses i think.

Sounds pretty cheap compared to others in the same line too.

Any newer reviews?  :Rusty:

replaced our 7 year old $900 king from Costco last month with the $1,200 "Stearns & Foster" king Costco now has in store.  The new mattress is at least 25% heavier than the old and has been great so far.

I rented the $19.99 truck from Home Depot to get it home and these people came and hauled the old one away a $20 donation - http://www.avenueoflife.org/in-kind-donations.html

trying to think of a time when SD gave bad advice on a consumer product (vacations, thermostats, etc) but I'm stumped.

He gives great advice on buying stuff but he knows next to nothing about farming.
