He is angry because both Rusty and the RCPD are lying about D. Scott and those lies convinced him he is an alcoholic.

I'm starting to think FITZ might not be a big proponent in personal responsibility.

When D Scott live tweeted his emotional admission of alcholholism he seemed to be genuine. Did the RCPD and Rusty trick him into thinking he has a problem when he really doesn't?
