Morning folks! Hope everyone is having a great day. On Sunday we went to the river market to get a few things and today I present you with Fanning's infused Jalapeno burger, with a side of sweet potato fries, and a fat free ranch/Ketchup dipping mix. Enjoy!

Yeah. I ran 7 miles last night and I was starving afterwards. I over did it with the sauce. I posted that pic, cause I had that last night for dinner and I just did the same thing for lunch today.

this looks great, but was it really a lunch? how long is your lunch break? mondays off?

I work 12-9 pm on Tuesdays.

I get up around 10am and hit the gym hard. I had these leftovers from the night before, so yes, it was practically the same plate.

put them in the blender with a can or two of sardines. puree. put puree into ice cube trays and freeze. put franks and fish cubes into large mug of coffee and drink. all those precious nutrients found in one lucky mug of love.

i like where your head is at. I probably wouldnt use little smokies for this, the textural sensations of the mini sausage form factor is really the best part that I would not want to squander.

but frozen liquid nutrient cubes that you drop in your coffee some elite sustenance efficiency? you are definitely onto something.

Today I have a grilled chicken salad...

Grilled chicken breast, sliced (leftover from dinner on Monday)
Avacado
Shredded cheddar cheese (found mostly used package in my fridge)
Iceberg lettuce (leftover from Monday lunch)
Baby Spinach Spring Mix (pre-leftovers)
Salad dressing that I keep in work fridge

Also, an iced tea, of course.

Healthfulness 7
Deliciousness 6
Frugality 6
Efficiency 3 (took a while to assemble)

today my hack is to eat free lunch that other people bring in for you. I prepared a delicious meal of hot dogs (in memory of fanman) and baked beans for today, but now I am able to save it for tomorrow!
