they had a funnel cake truck at the office today. the hack? i only got a regular funnel cake while others got it with a fried snickers, twinkie or oreo.

so i was just sitting down to crack into my non-hacked can of Hormel Spicy Chili with Beans when my outlook gets in my face with a meeting notice for a meeting im about to be late too. i change plans in an instant, grab my gear, and pound town a KOMBAT KRUNCH protein bar on my way out.

now that the meeting is over, i still need more nutrition to make it through the rest of the day, but not enough to justify bustin in to my can of chili. THE ONLY OPTION HERE is to access the essential nutrients secured inside this Beach Cliff brand Sardines in Mustard Sauce.

Today's lunch is chicken and rice with some green onions and green peppers, cooked in a pan with a little bit of coconut oil. The #ack is that the chicken is seasoned with Gates seasoning!
