recipe blogging time!

0.5 bags of frozen peas
1 can chunk light tuna in water
feta, mozz, cheddar, jack scraps from bottom of leftover cheese bags in my cheese drawer
secret blend of herbs and spices
sriracha

dump all ingredients into bucket. apply sriracha in crosshatch pattern. mix thoroughly. microwave until hot and cheese is liquified. consume.

efficiency 6 (lost a point because my can opener is horrible and takes alot of effort)
frugality 6 (squandered non perishable protein source)
deliciousness 3 (really got alot better once my taste buds resigned themselves to their fate)
creativity 5
photogenicness 7
nutritiousness 7

i typically do this the night before. when picking up after dinner, i just rely on my instincts and throw it together.

Ms. wacky and I have been trying to lose a few lbs for her brothers wedding (More her than me, she's in the wedding), so we've been making a lot of chicken lately. Stir fry, chicken and broccoli, Grilled chicken by itself, fajitas w/ fat free chz and sour cream, etc. and making extra to go. It's been super easy. I've also been putting jalapenos with everything. Speed up that metabolism!
