i made my bi-annual trip to taco bell today.

I have been doing really bad on the #lunchacking lately. Mostly it is my aunt's fault because we keep scheduling lunches and then she cancels so I have to go out and get something. Today I went to Arby's and got 2 gyros for $6 so tomorrow's #lunchack will be the other one that I didn't eat today.

fresh arby's food is equivalent to 100 hr old home cooked food. soon you will give up on your aunt and you can get back to #hacking

People that can't appreciate Arby's for the deliciousness that it is a are losers. It's heaven for taste buds. Even better with cups o' cheddar.

i agree that arby's is delicious, but it is possible to do so with a realistic awareness of it's status as abomination against god and nature.

Here's my Arby's (leftover) #lunchack for today, with a side of edamame.

You guys aren't going to believe what happened with the edamame...A few days ago when I brought it to work (and put in the freezer) I accidentally took the sea salt packet back home (because it was in my lunch cooler thing), so then when I wanted to make the edamame today I didn't have the salt packet so I was going to have to use regular salt (I have a shaker in my desk) but THEN I thought "Maybe, just maybe I have a sea salt packet leftover from a long time ago when I brought edamame before." So I looked in my desk drawer (the one designated for all my snacks and such) and there was a sea salt packet!!!

ready for some backstory? basically last night i tried to make omelettes with chorizo and cheese inside and i messed it all up and had to switch to scrambled and dump the stuff on top. then the chorizo by itself ended up too goopy and it was really just an inedible textural nightmare, so i gutted down what i could then scraped the leftovers off mine and the mrs' plates into this dish and dumped beans and feta on top for an amazing lunch.

i was afraid it wouldnt be good, but after a good nuking it all came together really well and is delicious. it tastes like dream team breakfast burrito filling.
