Read an ESPN comment from someone claiming to have worked security at Bramlage. The word is that the management was very inflexible with hours and vacation so a lot of the experienced guys quit. This left an inexperienced staff on the floor who didn't know what they were doing. I definitely remember them protecting the opposing bench at last years storming.
Workers are concerned about hours and vacation?  You're a freaking part-time worker who stands in the aisles during events. If this is your idea of full-time employment, you are in trouble.

I wasn't trying to be a dick, my point is that these are part-time jobs to work events. This is not something you bank on for a lot of benefits like vacation time. You work when there are events. It's kind of implied.

Just saw this.  Katz was super motivated to take down Currie a peg.  He was interrupting currie at every point and then when he went to the panel, discredited everything he said.  In comes Holly Rowe basically saying chill bitch, have some fun.

I like rushing the floor and yelling eff KU because of how mad it makes them.

No. Losing makes them mad. Rushing the court just feeds into their snotty "we're everyone's superbowl" narrative. The biggest eff you we could give KU would be to beat them and then have everyone just head to the bars like any other game.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

Or yes.  Cause then it's replayed all week on ESPN and they have to rewatch the misery over and over

KU fans aren't mad we rushed the court, they're just mad we're way rough ridin' better than them at it.

To be fair, K-State fans are better than KU fans at everything.

Forcing a non-court storming is worse, IMO. For example, if somehow we were really good next year and beat ku by 12 as a ranked team for the second year in a row, we naturally wouldn't storm the court. And that would be fine.

I bet we still would. We've beaten them two out of the last three times. It's time to take KU off the pedestal. They don't deserve it.

This. It just gets under their skin and they can't stand when we beat them. It's like they have no idea what to do.

It didn't seem that egregious in real time, the kid just kept moving on, he didn't try and confront him.  More of a mosh pit type thing.  The KU guy barely moved and just sort of walked off.

Pretty sure the guy Townsend grabbed wasn't the same guy who bumped Traylor, so that writer would be wrong there.
