It is pissing me off that people keep acting like suckling at the Texas teet is such a bad move for KSU.  Big rough ridin' deal if the conference explodes in two years.  We have two extra years of not being a rough ridin' Mountain West member.  Newsflash:  K-State is a rough ridin' loser school.  We will still be in two years and we can join other loser schools then too.

In other words, Beebe didn't do crap.  He just answered the phone when a network called and said "we really don't want this Pac-16 thing to happen."  Maybe Beebe was at Olive Garden when he took the call.

Exactly. If we allow another conference to "rescue" us now as one of the leftovers, we'll get a sucky deal. We've at least got to pretend to have $14 million + on the table just to increase our odds of not getting shafted when the MWC comes calling either this week or in 5 years.
