Nubb is leaving next year and Colorado in 2, so the numbers they need to pay would be different.

ATM turning down the Pac10 calls UT's bluff about just how bad they want to keep the SEC out of Texas.

If nothing else, this keeps everything on the table - Big12 holds together

A guy I know, from Canada, is monitoring Orangebloods and is sending me updates when Chip Brown and his boss/buddy have updates. However, my Canadian friend says that OB is a pain in the ass to monitor because they have a bagillion dipshit posts to wade through.

As I've said before, I am not completely convinced the SEC even wants to expand right now. They did it once, and those 2 schools have done nothing but suckle on the teat and don't factor significantly into any tv or sponsorship deals. Yes both of the "new" SEC schools have larger stadiums and rabid fanbases . . . but now with the help of hindsight does anyone believe that the SEC without Arkansas and South Carolina couldn't have received every bit as good a TV deal as they have now??
