Would be fine.  Problem is, the football is so vulnerable, that I'd be suprised if there still is Big East football by the time the Big 12 is done playing out there remaining schedule.

The 20-team Big East that's been kicked around here probably gets 8-ish bids reliably year in and year out and 10-ish in a good year.  What's the point of worrying about a 2nd automatic bid?

neither. just pointed out the hilarity of us already just absolutely shunning iowa state and baylor in future possible scenarios like we're way to good for them. i'm just sure there are iowa state people having the same convos and talking about leaving us out of their super cool new confy. it's just funny.
