So if us, UK, ISU, Mizzou and Baylor are left homeless, can't we all build up a new home and remain the Big XII getting schools like Memphis, Air Force, BYU, CSU, Utah, TCU and Houston?

- We'd still have 5 teams, so we could maintain our conference rights.
- We could keep adding other rejects as the years go along to form our own superconference. Granted, that superconference would be like the Robin (perhaps lamer) of all the superconferences, we'd still be BCS, which is the only thing that matters.
- We'd still get to go to Utah and Colorado at least once a year for awesome road games.

Is this still an option?

i don't understand why we wouldn't extend offers to however many teams from the MWC we need and keep the B12 television contracts and BCS birth in place.

Honestly, that conference would be pretty damn good in football. Road trips to Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Boise, and Salt Lake City would definitely not suck.

I'm with you, Utah/BYU/Boise/TCU have all been fracked over for not being BCS. Why would they not want to join us and get that status so they don't have to go through the bs of mid-major anymore.

I haven't read all 78 pages either, but it's seeming like most against it are just a scorned girlfriend of the Big 12 name.

I thought it was that you had to maintain 5 teams, which we would do with us, UK, Baylor, ISU, and Mizzou. Is that not the law you were referring to?

Every team that leaves reduces the value to ESPN and FSN and Utah or BYU does not restore it. Also, brush up on your Delaware corporate law.
