Guess I just like the idea of adding another WVU type of program.  I think of teams like Louisville, Cincinatti, USF, etc as BCS teams with a Big East asterisk.  Like I said, UL would be a fine addition, just not as great an addition as if we could somehow add an Arkansas or something like that.

Would you take a pay cut for another job, no I don't think so.  Why would you think an SEC member would join Big IX?

Didn't say that Arkansas is a likely addition.  I just figure that losing three high major teams (and CU) won't be remedied with the addition of TCU and another team that is only a BCS program because the Big East sucks balls and had to throw bones to some mid majors a few years ago.  Seems like adding weaker programs than the ones we lost isn't making the conference any better and therefore leaving us open to another confy army in a few years.

Yea, I see your point.  I do think that getting Louisville may cause the Big East too collapse.  This may cause ND to act, and since it will not join the BIG 10 they may become our 12th team.

There was an interview between Dean Blevins and David Boren a few weeks back on some news station in Oklahoma, and after the tape was done rolling, and Blevins was set to kick it back to the anchors, he said something to the effect of, "Don't be surprised to see Rutgers in this conference in the near future."  There was no video of it, but Blevins just threw that out there.

Now, he may just be spewing some bullshit, but I thought it was odd that it was the first thing out of his mouth after he just aired footage of a sit down meeting with Boren.

And Curtis is right; it's just a matter of time before we add Louisville.  The question is when, not if.

Snyder produced his second-worst win pct against CU compared to all other conference opponents during his tenure with the exception of Nebraska. In that time all they did was win a NC, had a Heisman winner, took/shared North titles and won four confy championships. Show some respect, son.
