I was at a meeting with a big-shot Lawrence business guy. He desperately wanted to get in the Manhattan market, knowing it would be the hottest thing in Kansas with the bio-ag weapons lab. Thought Manhattan would grow to 100K. If it does, there will be a lot of well off people looking to do something on Saturdays. I say add 20K seats.
