Relatives at the stadium? They said that crap on ESPN during the game. Or does sitting around a 27" tv qualify as "being at the stadium" in OK?

Gotcha. VIPs talked to your people and divulged the same exact info that was shown on ESPN. Seems like you know some super insidery types, you rough ridin' Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!).
After escaping tonight's game with a small amount of dignity left, I have high hopes that we can survice CA in a similar manner. It won't look pretty and people will make fun of us but maybe we can get Texas' dick lodged so firmly in our throat that they have no choice but to allow us to tag along with them for a while longer.

College football as we know it is almost over. May as well just pay them.

I have no doubts that Big Time college football will be more popular than it ever was, but it won't have the same feel. It will be like some psuedo-NFL.

It will be like some psuedo-NFL.That's a good way to put it. It will be much more bandwagony and much more white trash. See teams like the Chiefs and Raiders for white trash, and the Patriots and Cowboys for bandwagon. It's going to suck.
Yep, pretty much what I was getting at, just not so directly. We probably won't be a part of it. It is going to be weird, but I can see myself become less and less of a sports fan as time goes by. Sucks. I love the Cats.
i'm convinced being in the MWC can't be as awful as the suspense of not knowing what will happen.
