He made it abundantly clear a couple of years ago he didn’t understand the GOR and didn’t sound like a guy very fired up to figure out the very words which at the time bound the conference together and would be a huge deal in relatively short order.

When 40% of your revenue comes from one thing it’s wise to be super zealed up to understand every nuance ASAP.

The usual low self esteem affirmation that KU really is an elite academic school.  That basketball is actually worth a lot in conference realignment.  That schools like Kstate are just leaches as KU rides herd with their .4 TV ratings for football and tragically empty football stadium.   The worst P5 football program in the country for over a decade devalued the B12 brand like a cart full of Great Value brand items being wheeled through the dining room at Michelin rated restaurant at 7:30 pm on a Friday.

Talked to big KU donator guy last night. Confirmed by friend that he was big KU donator guy. Very confident that KU is going to the Big 10.
