Only a moron (not you) would be too dense to see that the future of cable is going to be very similar to Netflix. Sports and maybe the news will be the only live broadcasts out there.

I would expect the major leagues to be the last to sign an exclusive streaming deal.

I would expect that no big four professional league would ever sign an exclusive streaming deal. It is worth noting however that the MLB was at the cutting edge of making their product accessible on the internet. MLB.tv was the first of its kind. I'm not sure if they still use it but the NHL and the NBA used MLB.tv's technology for their own streaming.

I'm not a techy guy, but I would imagine the biggest hangup w/ Netflix isn't how to have it make moeny, it's that they don't support live streaming to my knowledge. I'd assume that it's new ball of wax compared to what they do now. Could be wrong though.

Got it. Obviously haven't been following very close.

Im in 100% support of having FSgo stream tier3 games instead of the shitty kstatehd.tv.

Netflix would also be cool, but just like with any ppv or streaming service, the legality of doing it at bars/restaurants is always a little odd. There are some laws that allow the game/event to be on, but audio must be muted (mlb baseball for example)

It's weird how much $ gets thrown around for tv rights when any game that's not on espn has commercials for retracting sprinkler hoses and medication for blind people (blind people that are watching television with their blind eyes).
