Exactly. I think they want to start a friendly rivalry with Mizzou so that they can make trips every year to see where Jesus was from.I smell a neutral site game in Independence!
Everyone needs a stormin' Mormon in their life.

Also, would love to see BYU in the Big XII. BYU>>>>>CU in like everything.
Starting to get a little jealous of BYU. 6 year football series with Notre Dame and 8-year contract with ESPN for football.

There is absolutely zero chance that BYU would get a Big12 invite. They bring nothing to the table. SLC? GTFOOMF.

They definitely would have been an improvement over Colorado in nearly every way. In fact, bringing in Arkansas and BYU(it won't happen) could be a net upgrade over NU and CU, because while Nebraska is a pretty valuable piece, CU brings nothing.

SLC isn't a big market by any means, and the travel would be an extra 500ish miles past Boulder. The only reason to bring a team in is for tv $$$, and SLC doesn't bring enough of that to counter-act the distance.

A lot of mormons nationwide tend to watch BYU or attempt to go there. It's basically the Notre Dame for mormons

GTFOOMFCU brings beautiful people and surroundings. They trump BYU in every possible category, and it's not even close.
