I’m just now start on to feel that getting some Pac schools might actually happen. I’ve tried to not let all the “I’m hearing” tweets/posts sway my opinion because it’s just natural more & more people will throw crap against the wall the longer this drags out. However, it’s now drug out so long that I think the door is starting open enough for Yormark to start to squeeze in & make a hard sell.

Point #3 is gonna be news to the Pac 12 schools expecting to hear about a deal this month, even Wilner and Canzano have been reporting that. "Nobody is upending the NCAA tournament" is silly ass crap. The tournament takes place 10 out of 31 days with most of the schools being done after 4 days. There is news that breaks in March that's not tournament news, all the time.

More news from talking heads about the Pac-12 media deal.  Seems like the contract will be between Amazon for a Friday night game and ESPN with two games on Saturday.  So only three games will be broadcast each week and the amount for the media contract is around 22 million.  The Pac schools are shaken up over this and schools are supposedly talking to Big XII reps.

Let's get 4 teams, sure, if we get Wash/Oregon even better than Colorado but I want this done so we can collect and stay stable for the foreseeable future. Would love us to be the the solid 3rd option of the CFB world over a dead Pac 12 and hamstrung ACC.

No one, home or visitors went to games at their shitty facilities, and they've accomplished absolutely nothing since they left, to an easier conference. They want to be with Stanford and Cal so badly, let them rough ridin' rot with them.

  How is anyone "hearing" this? The person would have to hear the rumor, know that there are enough Big 10 presidents willing to make the offer, know what exactly a 50% share (which makes no sense, by the way) entails, then know that this has been all communicated with Washington and Oregon, and know they both are willing to accept this nebulous offer.

Agree on no Colorado.  I do think “rivalry” game are valuable.  Utah’s seething hatred for BYU is something I would value watching. There are zero games I’d find as interesting amongst Oregon and Washington and anyone else.

I agree on this, Colorado would be a fun roadie again but they have not given a crap about their fball program since the early 00's. Having a Holy War each year is much more attractive to the average CFB fan and networks.

Does CU even have a rival? Its not CSU or NU anymore and its certainly not UU.

I admit that there is a part of me that wants to do this to the PAC, because they tried to do it to us...and it's been done to us by others.  It's like I just want to take it all out on the PAC.  Just sitting on the PAC's chest, sobbing, while we pummel its skull in well past its death. ESPN and Fox just pulling us finally pulling us off saying "ITS GONNA BE OK!"
