Given that Tech is the K-State of the South, it makes sense. I think Missouri is more fun as an opponent than Arkansas.

arkansas would be a million times better for road trips and stuff. nw arkansas

also, maybe we could just do an upper league and a lower league and have it change every year. move the worst team in the top league up and the best team in the bottom league down in each sport. make it easier for us to compete.

Yeah, I don't buy that either. Would rather have CSU though and it would make the N/S realignment a non-issue.

Mizzou dorkstores are pumped about moving, but why? Money will be nice, but competitively, they're going to be celler-dwellers in football. They should be higher in hoops, though.

Their rival is one of the other celler dwellers of the conference though. Should be a good fit.

The funniest thing I see from moo folks is how much more money they'll make . . . their biggest complaint is how much more money a couple of Big 12 Schools make and spend on athletics compared to them.

Well, the gap in the Big 10 is $50 million from top to bottom, with several schools still outspending the next tier by $15 to $20 million. Those top tier schools aren't going to sign off on anything dilutes their revenues, so moo will still be at or near the bottom in revenues and spending in the "new" Big 10.
