WVU blitzed a ton too, and we moved the ball into the red zone a bunch. We had 12 drives where our offense was on the field (not counting the fumbled KO and punt return for TD) and the last of those drives we were just running the clock out. 6 of our drives got inside the WVU 20 and we only got 16 points (1 TD, 3 FGs) from those drives. We also drove to the WVU 27.
I think like that game, we'll be able to move the ball pretty well with the pass against Baylor if they choose to load the box/blitz (and they will). We just have to find ways to finish those drives with TDs and scores more than we did at WVU. The Cats are actually one of the best RZ teams in the league, scoring 89% of the time and 69% with TDs. We can't have a game like WVU or Auburn where we are way below that, or like TCU where we hardly move the ball or get to the RZ.
