Tark the Shark.

What a character. It's almost unreal what he was able to do at a bunch of western backwater schools.

College basketball was so much more fun in the 80's and 90s, it was the golden era of coaches and coaching personalities. College basketball is so sterile now.

these guys were on one of my favorite cbb teams.  the picture on the left clearly depicts cbb in the 80's.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Also the golden age of stud players.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

It's crazy because there were no early entry rules, NBA teams just didn't draft high school kids because NBA players looked like this

I'd like our next coach's Cats to be known as the Runnin' Cats. Not officially, but it sure would be fun to watch.

Regional Sports Talk Radio had lots of talk about shortening the shot clock.

Spit ball implications . . . GO!

I think we talk about this. But I personally think it would muddy up the game.

I would like to continuation to be added to the college game and extend the 3 point line to the FIBA standard. I would also like the officials to have an emphasis at calling fouls at the rim, shot blockers get away with too much.

I think they _should_ lower the shot clock.  Would increase the pace, which I think would be a good thing.  Also, I think it would make presses matter more.  You don't need 25+ seconds to get an open shot.

And Self, and Kruger, and Henson, and probably every Illinois coach ever.

Actually, can't find any pics of Kruger in the orange.

Even better that Doc started that game with only 7 players in uniform.

When did Dave Armstrong start broadcasting C-USA bball on the American Sports Network?
