I guess the only difference that I can see is that I have never met anyone who actually claims TCU as their university.  Even t-shirt KU'ers will claim the university as "theirs".  Also, have never seen anyone walking around rocking TCU gear.

Well, if you didn't live on a farm in the middle of no where then you might run into people wearing TCU gear.

Nope...denied.

Your denial comes across as a confirmation to me.

Truth.

Even in the DFW metroplex, one RARELY sees anybody in TCU gear.  Plenty of Longhorn gear, way too much aggy crap, and the occasional SMU hat or hoodie, but literally no frogwear.

TCU only has like 8,000 students. Only half of them will graduate. It makes sense why seeing one of them out in public is so rare.

So what I'm getting from this thread is that the title is all wrong. It sounds to me that TCU is more like Wichita State with a football team.

Will consider a thread title modification, however please provide links to proof of rapey-ness level at Wushock U.

TCU fans must have a real issue with the weather because the low for this Saturday is like 45 and I've heard some people giving the warning to bundle up for the game

That's DFW in general.  It gets below 55 and people start wearing heavy jackets, sweaters, and other winter clothing.

i know a bunch of people who live in the dfw area that are still wearing shorts and tshirts when its below 55 out, tcu fans must just be fp's  :dunno:

You must live in one of the exurb hell holes north of dallas.

I see quite a few people in Frog gear on a regular basis.

They're probably transplants like me.  I love it when it's in that temp range.  Native Texans not so much.

I'm not a coke dealer so your statement is irrelevant.  Though it is slightly clever. so golf clap for that.

Hello Purple Lizard Pal from the South!

I hope things are still going well for the TCU Horned Frog who no doubt lives thanks to the kind folks at the Horned Lizard Conservation Society [http://www.hornedlizards.org/].  I would strongly urge you to buy a Tee Shirt from them:

SO GREAT

That is a pretty sweet shirt.  I may have to buy one or five of them.

i mean just take The Cobra for example.  Graduated from TCU, wears crimson, goes to OU games & does not even wear purple when OU visits TCU.  Not even their famous alumn in the media sports world will even claim them, except to comment on being "surrounded by hot bitches."

case closed johnson
