ESPN Gameday - K-State @ TCU

will we be on gameday? it's a given that we will beat puds texas and osu, but will tcu win @wvu in two weeks?

that would create a top ten match up between two 7-1 teams. i know TCU doesn't have much tv pull but espn will want our national audience.

friend at ESPN said there are a lot of pissed off peeps within their org because this game isn't in MHK. said they'll probably go SEC because of it*, but there's still a chance.

I think it will come down to our game and the Big 10 East title game. My guess is they'll probably be in East Lansing because it's OSU and the game is already on ABC Primetime.

Don't know how much knowledge about this subject there is between you guys, but here's a little insidery tidbit to you all. College gameday has a few locations for each week and theyre all pre-determined before the season starts. They just pick the best available game when the week comes. Dont want to say Cats @TCU wont be one, but I highly doubt it is.

Gameday has been to Ft. Worth since they've been to Manhattan. They were there in 2009, week 1 this year, and they will be there for the national championship game. They've been pretty vocal about how much they like doing the show from Sundance Square.

Those sites are no where near concrete, they are just used to get a jump on logistics. They went to Ole Miss and Mississippi State in back to back weeks. Ole Miss was barely ranked in the preseason and I'm pretty sure Mississippi State weren't even getting votes.
