Well, they'll be featured in heavy rotation on KSU's Channel 8 News for the next week or so. I dunno, should probably delete this post. They might pull it off the air.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

What if we did a kickstarter and those shirts were free "perks" to donors?

it's too bad that we don't play on Saturday, College Gameday would have showed the Roll Snyd shirt.

But, maybe they still will anyway?!

Its pretty clearly parody which is fair use. I don't think they have a legal case.

I'm pretty sure the suits in the athletic dept are constantly asking themselves, 'Does gE hurt the image of our program?"

so, AD, would you like to go to the supreme court against clams and his buds?  doubt it, i really really doubt it.  lol.  bring it on.  lol. smh.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Despite starting only two games, Hill is already a hot commodity. Sources tell ESPN.com that the Texas A&M licensing and compliance departments have sent out cease and desist letters to five online sites selling "Kenny Trill" shirts. (The NCAA puts the burden on schools to stop makers and retailers from selling merchandise.)

Well, I'll have you know that we often discuss vice versa at our corporate meetings.  It usually comes up right after discussion of whether it's time for equestrian to have it's own board.

These are very important talks that require the use of days in a high-end hotel with suitable conference facilities.

I am not trying to be insensitive,  but equestrian can GTFOOMF until crop judging and fishing each get their own boards.

Adding those to the agenda will require at least an additional day of meetings.

Did the C&D letter really say part of the infringement had to do with using the color purple? Was it at least a certain purple on the color palette?

That would be a misguided path for them to go down, considering purple is one of like 10 colors that SPREADSHIRT chose to offer it in.  I like the crimson myself because roll tide.
