If I bought 100 Roll Snyd shirts how much do you think I could charge for them?

$30 (with Nike logo)

((Don't care about the Powercat.))

Well the Nike logo isn't happening.

that's fine

If anyone has the TV on, turn to ESPN Films.  It the history of Auburn and Alabama football.  Those teams hate each other in a serious matter.  WOW!!! Now they are talking about the bought-en MNC with shopping for Cam Newton.  They confirmed that money was payed.

ANYWAY, GOD-DAMN, SIGN ME UP FOR ONE OF THOSE SHIRTS!!!  And kudos to who ever came up with the ROLL SNYD idea.  :adored:

P.S.  Where do I send the check?

Whelp, it's over.  But it ended with the 62 yr old Alabama fan who poisoned Auburn's trees.  He went to jail for 3 years for felony damages.  They are still hoping the trees will live and they are doing all they can to save them.

This gives me a idea to get their (meat)goat.  We need a shirt that says "WE HATE TREES...DO YOU SEE ANY TREES IN WIZARD LAND"  or "THE WIZARD WILL PUT A SPELL ON YOUR TREES"  :excited:

Well, I'll have you know that we often discuss vice versa at our corporate meetings.  It usually comes up right after discussion of whether it's time for equestrian to have it's own board.

These are very important talks that require the use of days in a high-end hotel with suitable conference facilities.

It doesn't take much to "infringe" on intellectual property rights, see Vanna White vs Samsung.

I highly doubt K-State does much, though they might push it if you don't take it down (because they are for $$$). I only got flack about representing players, they never said anything about my Frank shirts. I'm sure Snyder is a bigger deal to them though.

If you are putting on shirts to sell, yes.

On spreadshirt (and I assume other sites like it) eventually K-State will contact the website and the site will take stuff down. All stuff they didn't like eventually was taken down (not by me) from my sites in the past, including anything with "EMAW" on it. However, none of my "doom" stuff has ever been taken down (and it shouldn't be) and surprisingly none of my "Bruceketball" stuff has yet either.

The name itself isn't a problem because the site isn't a fee site to make money so they aren't going to fight that. Perhaps they may have an issue if there was premium or something like that, I don't know., but I do know when you slap it on something and try to sell it that it becomes a problem.

Perhaps there is no precedence for domain names.  Don't people snatch up domain names they think businesses will pay big bucks for?  I don't know that a company can simple issue a C&E to anyone thinking of acquiring a term they have trademarked, they have to acquire the domain themselves don't they? ~=LAWYERS=~?

i'm not suggesting it, but it could be a pretty funny cat and mouse game where you just go put them up on a different site and then another cease and desist or you give the pic or whatever to someone else and they do it and then there is a few days and then a cease and desist to that person. i mean there are ways around this. again, not suggesting them. v funny shirt by the way.

I haven't looked but it's possible that you could find my "roll snyd" design on the spreadshirt marketplace and create your own shirt using the design.  I uploaded my design to the marketplace when I made the shirt for spreadshirt to put on other stuff.  Of course they may have taken down the design when they took down the shirt.  Worth a shot.

They took the photoshop off my twitter.  When the espn guy emailed me and asked me if they could use it I said they could and I sent them a png of the actual shirt that was sold, but they went ahead and used the pic off of my twitter anyway.
